I'm Oz Dayo, a licensed life insurance agent and the founder of NSE Financial Group, based in the Kansas City area.

I help individuals, families, small businesses, and high-net-worth clients make investing simple and strategic—empowering them to take control of their financial futures with confidence.

Before launching NSE Financial Group, I served 13 years as a U.S. Army finance officer, where I developed deep expertise in complex financial planning, budgeting, and accountability—including overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets in support of major U.S. Army operations.

That experience shaped my mission: to bring clarity, structure, and peace of mind to personal finance, especially for people who feel underserved or overwhelmed by traditional financial advice.

I specialize in life insurance with living benefits, tax-free retirement strategies, business planning, and mortgage protection.

My approach is education-first—I believe everyone deserves access to quality financial guidance, regardless of income or background.

Outside of work, I've been married to my wife Jennifer since 2016, and together we raise a blended family of five.

I enjoy cooking, traveling, working out, spending quality time with family, and reading about finance and wealth-building.
